Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by:
o Advising businesses and legal professionals on compliance issues;
o Developing tools, policies, and training materials to enhance compliance;
o Conducting training on competition law topics.
Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger filings globally, and respond to government inquiries.
This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The department is fully virtual, making location flexible.
