PWho we are looking forbrThe Vice President of Portfolio Solutions Sales position is a distribution role within the Portfolio Solutions organization in Europe and offers the opportunity for a sales professional to drive revenue across a collection of agency and outsourced businesses servicing asset managers and asset owners.brThe Portfolio Solutions Group is one of four main vertical business lines within State Street Global Markets and our we focus on assisting clients with multi asset agency trading products in the following outsourced solution areas: Agency Brokerage, Outsourced Trading and Currency Management.brThis successful person will report directly to the EMEA Head of Portfolio Solutions SalesbrWhy this role is important to usbrThe team you will be joining is a part of State Street Markets. Across our comprehensive set of solutions - data-driven macro market intelligence that give an information advantage; client-first platforms and tools that redefine trading; financing solutions that streamline liquidity access; and portfolio solutions designed to help achieve peak performance - we deliver a breakthrough edge to drive business successbrWhat you will be responsible forbrAs the Vice President of EMEA Sales within Portfolio Solutions you will be responsible forbr* Building a sales pipeline and converting prospects into client wins across a variety of outsourced solutions for both asset owners and asset managers in the EUbr* Driving revenue production in order to meet budgeted growth targets across existing mature businesses and new growth initiativesbr* Educating clients on the features, benefits and competitive advantages of the firm's agency trading platformbr* Working across the Global Markets division, in addition to the broader global services and asset management divisions, to maximize opportunities to provide our solutions to existing clients of State Streetbr* Meeting and exceeding annual financial and non- financial performance, priorities and quantifiable metricsbr* Active contributions to the decision making process within the Portfolio Solutions management team, utilizing client feedback on products and to be accountable for territory strategy in the EU tailored to specific client needs and for each type of productbrWhat we valuebrThese skills will help you succeed in this rolebr* Proven success in a sales capacity within a large multinational financial organizationbr* Deep knowledge of agency trading products and broader financial landscape, in order to identify and onboard new institutional clients to grow the agency trading businessbr* Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships with key decision makers for our solutions including: Chief Investment Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and Heads of Trading at both asset managers and asset ownersbr* Ability to formulate and track a structured sales pipeline and provide regular updates to managementbr* Independent self-starter who can drive results from a satellite office locationbr* Ability to communicate feedback from clients and prospects back into the overall organization, to improve delivery of solutions and improve the overall client experiencebr* Full adherence to State Street policies and wider regulatory requirementsbrEducation Preferred Qualificationsbr* Undergraduate degree requiredbr* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales/client management capacitiesbr* Familiarity with multi asset products, TCA, trading operations, market structure, regulatory developments and agency relationshipsbr* CFA designation favorable but not requiredbr* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software packagebr* Language skills: fluent in English and one or two other European languagesbrAdditional requirementsbr* Up to 50% travel required primarily associated with client contactbrAdditional requirementsbrAre you the right candidate?
