Your role:
We are looking for a Product Development Project Manager who will be in charge for the development of new products overseeing, supporting and coordinating the whole process starting from the creative idea to a physical prototype. In the role you will work with several departments analyzing the technical challenges to create a new product, promoting seamless exchange information between departments, supporting commercial department to finalize the proposal keeping on track the go to market deadline. You will be the key that transform an idea on large scale product.
Main responsibilities:
1. Plan in detail the development pathway coordinating and involving the key figures and preparing the documents to monitor project timing and phases.
2. Analyze with the technical team the potentials risks and define possible solutions
3. Work with the suppliers to reach the desired results in terms of quality, timing and costs
4. Find solutions to reach the project targets acting with all the departments involved
5. Support the commercial team on technical meeting with customers
Main requirements:
1. Experience in product development of packaging for luxury goods
2. 3-years or more of experience in the field
3. Technical and scientific knowledge of main production technologies
4. Master’s degree in science or similar
5. Good expertise in project management and problem solving
6. Good written and spoken English
