We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our customers across Italy from our Peschiera Borromeo office. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liInstall and Commission Equipment: Set up new equipment and provide technical training to operating personnel. /li liMaintenance and Calibration: Fulfill all tasks according to maintenance contracts, ensuring customer equipment is well-maintained and calibrated. /li liRepair Services: Conduct repairs both on-site at customer locations and at our facility. /li liCustomer Support: Offer competent support to customers and distributors, addressing technical issues, application queries, device handling, software, and other technical problems, both on-site and remotely via email, phone, or remote access (TeamViewer), writing offers for technical services. /li liDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of services provided. /li liCollaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with internal sales and distribution teams. /li liConduct Training: Independently implement customer training courses. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liCompleted training as an electrical engineering technician or a degree in electrical engineering. /li liProven experience in technical customer service. /li liProficiency with common MS Office programs and familiarity with ERP systems (AX experience is a plus). /li liFluent in both Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage. /li liA diligent and proactive work ethic, strong communication skills and a desire to provide service of the highest level to our internal and external customers. /li liA willingness to travel – predominantly Italy but occasionally other countries where required. No weekend work is required. /li liA valid class B driver’s license.
