* Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service‑related questions

* Follow operational guidelines and performance standards
Candidate Profile
* Native / Fluent Italian + good level of English
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Customer‑focused and reliable
* EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
* Ability to start on 16 December 2025
