Job Description
Possess in-depth knowledge of the European luxury fashion industry, with extensive experience in seller incubation and operations. Capable of quickly implementing tiered operations management for sellers, clarifying the product structure and supply sources of sellers within categories, and developing growth pathways for Key Accounts (KA) and Premium Key Accounts (PKA). Provide growth support to sellers at different tiers, continuously optimizing merchant operation mechanisms and processes.
Understand cross-border luxury fashion e-commerce platforms and develop development goals for different merchants based on platform characteristics and model requirements. Assist in resolving post-entry issues for merchants, drive product diversification, and accelerate sales growth.
Monitor competitor activities, analyze platform user demographics and best-selling categories, identify business opportunities, and drive growth for merchants across different tiers and types.
Stay updated on market trends, collect and manage category-level insights, and be familiar with the structure of new products, bestsellers, and end-of-season stock of European goods in the Chinese market. Enhance user relationships and loyalty through product沉淀, forecast industry opportunities, and apply insights to different merchants.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Product and BI, provide suggestions based on seller and operational needs, and assist in implementing optimization plans to continuously improve customer and merchant experiences.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce platform industry. Experience in sneaker/luxury merchant/category operations is preferred.
Excellent Italian language skills, serving as the working language. European work experience and a strong understanding of European luxury/trend culture are required.
Strong logical thinking, curiosity, and exploratory mindset. Ability to solve problems through methodology and data-driven communication. Proven success in 0-1 projects and strong business negotiation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, highly efficient, and excellent at communication. Strong project coordination skills, adept at cross-departmental collaboration, and willing to take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Keen sense of the luxury market and data sensitivity, with excellent analytical, data breakdown, and presentation skills.
