PbAre you a mechanical or a processing engineer with relevant professional experience in a sales role for injection molding, mold making or hot runners companies? Would you like to be part of a broad technical sales team who works providing the best technical solutions for customers? /b /ppbWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-oriented and willing professional, who loves interfacing with local and Group colleagues and customers worldwide. /b /ppbr/ppbScope of the role: /b /ppThe role is dedicated to further developing hot runner sales in the dedicated area, with very important relation and coordination responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliEstablish and develop close business relationships at multiple levels with current and new potential customers and their end customers /liliCall perspective customers to qualify business opportunities and customer needs and assess Thermoplay potential /liliUncover opportunities for new equipment or refurbishing /liliRegularly prepare and develop clear precise customer presentations explaining Thermoplay products and services /liliAssist customers by providing technical expertise and product information, and offering solutions and recommendations /liliProvide a high level of customer sales-related service /liliRespond to requests for assistance with problems on molds, hot runners, controllers or overall systems /liliWork cross-functionally with global sales, engineering, manufacturing, etc. representatives inside the group /liliValue sell advantages over competitors’ products and/or services /liliGetting RFQ and following up on quotes, and closing sales /liliReport back to upper management written reports on customer needs, KPIs, problems, interests, activities etc.. /liliMeeting/exceeding sales targets /liliAttend trade shows and conventions and travel to existing and prospective /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbEducation, technical and soft skills, competences requested: /b /pulliUniversity degree in the field of plastics: mechanical engineering, process engineering or technical training with relevant professional experience /lili3 to 5 years of hands-on technical exposure to injection molding, mold making, design engineering and hot runner techniques preferably in a sales role /liliTechnical knowledge in the areas of hot runner assembly, repair, troubleshooting, process optimization /liliGreat flexibility and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad /lili3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales with customized products /liliItalian as mother tongue - English fluent (both written and spoken) /liliExcellent commercial, results oriented, relationship, teamworking, organizational, problem solving and managerial competences /liliAbility to determine feasibility based on drawings supplied by customer, and/or information obtained from sales or application engineering /liliAbility to educate customers and offer additional tooling solutions and alternatives /liliMastery in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Software /liliTeam-oriented with ability to work independently /li /ul
