Weâre partnering with an innovative, fast-growing beauty brand to find a Sales & Education Manager to support their expansion across key retail partners with priority on Sephora.

đŒ The Role
As Sales & Education Manager, youâll be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering impactful inâstore education across a major retail partner network. Acting as a brand ambassador, youâll work closely with store teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to elevate both brand presence and customer experience.
Sales & Business Development
* Partner with commercial teams to achieve sales targets and support market growth
* Drive sell-in and sell-out through effective inâstore strategies and activations
* Build strong relationships with store leadership and retail teams
* Analyse sales performance and implement initiatives to optimise results
* Manage a network of independent contractors, including scheduling and budgets
* Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and stock management
* Provide regular reporting and insights from the field
Education & Training
* Deliver engaging training programs for retail teams
* Inspire and motivate inâstore staff through handsâon coaching and sideâbyâside selling
* Ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging, product knowledge, and selling techniques
* Evaluate and evolve training strategies based on business needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teams
* Share field insights to inform product, campaign, and goâtoâmarket strategies
* Support product launches with impactful education and sales execution
About You
* 3-5 yearsâ experience in a sales and education role within beauty retail (Sephora experience highly desirable)
* Experience working with Sephora a must
* Strong background in training and developing retail teams
* Knowledge of skincare ingredients and product positioning
* Experience delivering inâstore events and activations
* Excellent relationshipâbuilding and communication skills
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
* Willing to travel (up to 30%) and work TuesdayâSaturday
* Able to be fieldâbased, spending the majority of time inâstore
