Role
As a Sales Advisor you will be a true Brand Ambassador: you greet every customer with attention, understand their needs and guide them in a personalized and memorable buying experience – both in boutique and online. Your contribution will strengthen the brand image and help achieve sales objectives through quality service and trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an outstanding service, valuing every customer interaction and promoting the brand, product and loyalty programs.
* Understand the customer’s needs, passionately present the product and guide them to the best choice.
* Build long‑term relationships, establishing trust and loyalty.
* Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, tablet in store).
* Actively contribute to achieving team sales targets.
* Handle customer requests or complaints professionally in collaboration with management.
* Maintain the boutique’s order, care and image (front and back) in line with brand standards.
* Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
* Assist with cash management and operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
Candidate Profile
* Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
* Elegant, empathetic and relationally skilled.
* Proactive, results oriented and curious to learn.
* Positive and collaborative team player.
* Previous experience in retail fashion or luxury/premium is a plus (not required).
