Randstad Enterprise, on behalf of a client company in the logistics sector, is looking for a Feeder & Network Planning Manager. Key Responsibilities Network Planning & Optimization Design, develop, and continuously improve domestic and cross-border feeder networks (Italy and Europe) Ensure network scalability and alignment with business growth and healthcare service standards Collaborate with hubs, operations, and regional planning teams to balance service performance and cost Cold Chain Compliance & Performance Support transport strategies ensuring compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and cold chain protocols Monitor temperature-controlled transit performance and take corrective actions when needed Oversee carrier performance and ensure SLA adherence Fleet Management Supervise the local fleet of refrigerated vehicles, including preventive maintenance and utilization Manage contracts with external fleet service providers Ensure vehicle availability, GPS/telematics functionality, and regulatory compliance Data & Analysis Leverage data analytics to improve planning accuracy and resource allocation Provide visibility and reporting on volume trends, costs, and operational KPIs Team Collaboration Work closely with the Healthcare operations, quality assurance, and customer service teams Act as a key liaison with regional transportation, compliance, and engineering functions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent Experience in transportation or logistics network planning, preferably in pharma/healthcare Strong understanding of cold chain logistics, GDP requirements, and temperature-sensitive transportation Experience in fleet management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI Strong communication skills in Italian and English Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment "La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
