Assist Digital - UX Designer Position
Assist Digital is a Pan-European Customer Experience Management Company specializing in end-to-end services that combine digital, tech, and customer operation capabilities to enhance our clients' performance.
The Experience Design team in Assist Digital comprises 150 designers dedicated to applying digital design skills to serve our customers. We evaluate our design effectiveness through a "User Centered" methodology involving users and prototypes. Our expertise includes designing "end-to-end" services (Service Design) and user experiences for web, mobile, IoT, and defining content strategies suitable for various channels and devices (Content Strategy & Copy).
Location
For our Italian offices in Milan and Rome, we are seeking a UX Designer.
Responsibilities
* Develop design concepts for new digital services across platforms such as web, mobile, and smart TV, tailored to complex environments (home banking, intranet, e-commerce, mobile apps).
* Create effective solutions through design and prototyping based on customer needs and business requirements.
* Define user flows and develop information architectures.
* Design customer journeys across various touchpoints, both digital and physical.
* Monitor external trends and propose innovative solutions aligned with current circumstances.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidate Profile
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a consultancy or web agency, working on digital design projects across industries such as Telco, Banking, Travel, Utilities.
* Proven experience in creating detailed design specifications.
* Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies.
* Excellent skills in Sketch and/or Figma.
* Full proficiency in English and Italian.
* Strong stakeholder interaction skills.
* Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
Additional Qualities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration aptitude, with the ability to manage teams or clients.
* Graduate degree in Interaction Design or a related field is preferred.
