Essential Responsibilities
* You will Be the Expert:Install, maintain, and service our state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser Machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
* Document and Manage:Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM, keeping everything organized and efficient.
* You will be the Customer Champion:Provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems.
* On-the-Go Problem Solver:Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
* Quality Guardian:Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well-defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
* Feedback Provider:Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Relationship Builder:Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering solutions that exceed their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements
* Experience in Services & Field Services, showcasing your ability to handle the job's demands.
* Trained electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or similar.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Available to travel extensively embracing the opportunity to explore and support customers.
* Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
