Identify and analyze business requirements, prepare requirement documentation, and coordinate requirement review processes.Validate and confirm product solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets requirements.Develop system operation manuals and user training materials.Deliver training sessions on system functionalities and usage to end users.Lead IT-related planning initiatives within the assigned business domain.Manage system maintenance and ensure continuous system performance and stability.Oversee and support key system modules, including:

Job Qualifications
Stay up to date with business developments, with a strong understanding of business processes, operational pain points, and stakeholder needs within the assigned area.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly structure and articulate requirements in written form, and effectively communicate them to product managers and development teams.Strong analytical and judgment skills, capable of evaluating whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with day-to-day operations.Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the full lifecycle of requirements, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery.Proven experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar platforms; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.Proficiency in English and the local language as working languages; Chinese is mandatory.
