Your mission is to ensure consistent, high‑impact communication that reflects the hotel’s identity and values, while driving engagement, visibility, and guest loyalty. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage content and campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the guest experience through storytelling, creativity, and brand excellence. /p h3Reporting to /h3 pHotel GM, PR and Brand Managers /p h3What will you do? /h3 pDefinition and implementation of the Marketing and PR Plan for the hotel and its outlets, under the supervision of the Central Marketing PR team. /p pElaborate and support specific PR and Marketing Plans for each FB outlet and Anantara Spa. /p pHandle eCommerce and Digital Marketing in collaboration with HQ teams. /p pPrepare and present the MarCom section during Business Reviews. /p pDevelop and supervise the hotel’s MarCom budget, including forecasting and payment processes. /p pAct as Project Manager and main point of contact for Design and PR agencies. /p pCreate and manage hotel stationery and various materials, including commercial assets. /p pAct as Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. /p pManage content and conduct regular audits across online and offline platforms. /p pDevelop promotional campaigns and packages to enhance visibility and guest engagement. /p pOrganize and oversee photo and video shoots. /p pPerform copywriting and short translations (EN/IT). /p pSupport communication and coordination of hotel events. /p pManage the hotel’s social media accounts: content creation and management (IT/EN), community engagement, influencer selection for UGC and paid campaigns. /p pCoordinate the hotel’s PR plan: draft press releases, organize national and international press trips with tailored itineraries, host journalists and influencers, and manage gifting. /p pIdentify opportunities for sponsorships, strategic partnerships (e.g., airlines, city events, tourist offices, local institutions), and cross‑promotions to benefit the hotel. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pGraduation and / or experience in Marketing and Communications. /p pExcellent capacity to plan, organize and manage priorities. /p pStrategic thinking, in line with brand positioning and business objectives. /p pService‑oriented person. /p pbStrong sense of aesthetics and creativity. /b /p pDemonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across departments. /p pExcellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Italian and English. /p pbExperience / knowledge of graphic design tools are valued. /b /p pPrior experience in Hospitality is mandatory; Tourism / Gastronomy / Luxury experience will be appreciated. /p pItalian mother‑tongue is mandatory plus high level of English. /p h3Why choose us? /h3 pJoin the World of Anantara and Discover Our Exclusive Benefits /p pAt Anantara, we don’t just offer a job; we create exciting career paths and intercultural opportunities across the globe.
