We are seeking a PMO Manager to join our team, specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-quality ophthalmic medical devices.From advanced contact lenses to sterile substance-based solutions (eyedrops and lens care), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our life-enhancing products move seamlessly from R&D; to the global market.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the "bridge" between R&D;, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing.Coordinate documentation and cross-departmental input for international commercial tenders.Along with Purchasing Dept. provide accurate costings for aesthetic packaging variations and updates to Master Operations Files.Lead the development of new Private Label products and variants for major global retailers and pharmaceutical distributors.Act as the central point of contact post-contract signature, managing documentation flow, regulatory claim queries and supply chain adjustments.Manage complex data sets, including packaging specifications (weights/materials), sustainability questionnaires, and technical product files.Coordinate the creation of prototypes and manage the timeline for market entry, ensuring all internal departments are aligned.
