Your mission:
As Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering, you will lead the development and execution of grid connection infrastructure for renewable energy projects—playing a key role across the entire project lifecycle.
You will preferably be based in our Bari office, with the option to work from Rome, within a hybrid model.
What you'll do:
* Lead the implementation of grid connections from feasibility to construction and final handover;
* Manage technical negotiations with grid operators, ensuring full regulatory compliance;
* Act as the reference point for electrical infrastructure (substations, cable routes, overhead lines);
* Coordinate withinternal teams and external stakeholders;
* Oversee contracts and third-party contractors/consultants involved in electrical infrastructure delivery.
What you bring:
* Bachelor's or master ́s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent);
* 5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable projects (grid connection focus);
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
* Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken;
* Willingnessto travel for several days at a time.
