The resource will support the team in the following activities:
* Help shaping the future
* You will supervise company data and administrative processes to support our future business growth and financial sustainability.
* Experience cooperation
* You will provide cost analysis and key performance indicators to the board of management to support decision-making; you will also assist in defining and monitoring external suppliers’ contracts.
* Take on responsibility
* You will control the General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identify deviations, and implement measures; you will define and update internal procedures to ensure harmonization with the parent company's regulations.
* Reliable implementation
* Through solid controlling processes, you will identify opportunities for enhancement and support their implementation.
Qualifications
* Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or equivalent
* Experience and know-how: At least 1 year of controlling experience in well-structured companies. SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Working Method: Proficiency with Office applications and familiarity with main IT systems.
* Personality: Strong motivation, tenacity, reliability, result-oriented mindset, analytical skills, flexibility, initiative, autonomy, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Language skills: Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
