PpbNoi offriamo /b /ppYou are our new HSE OFFICER for our open positions throughout Italy (various construction sites/plants) in the Oil Gas/Energy/Infrastructure/Construction sectors. /ppbWe offer /b /ppJoining a solid environment focused on sustainability and innovation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManagement of HSE activities on construction sites and/or production facilities /liliVerification and updating of documentation (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC) /liliMonitoring compliance with Italian HSE regulations and company procedures on construction sites and plants /liliParticipation in audits, inspections, technical meetings, and investigations into near-misses, accidents, and non‑compliance, proposing corrective and preventive actions /liliManage and monitor HSE KPIs, reporting, and mandatory documentation /liliManage non‑compliance and improvement plans /liliCollaborate with HSE Managers, Project Managers, and contractors to ensure compliance and operational standards /liliProvide training and awareness to internal staff and subcontractors /li /ulh3Who we're looking for /h3ulliDegree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or similar, or a technical diploma in environmental, engineering, or safety disciplines (Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or similar) /liliASPP qualification (modules A and B) would be a plus /liliAt least 1 year of experience in HSE, preferably in contexts such as OG, construction sites /liliKnowledge and expertise in Legislative Decree 81/08, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 /liliGood command of digital tools and software for HSE management /liliAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams and in dynamic environments /liliGood knowledge of English (written and spoken) /liliAvailability to travel nationally /liliExcellent command of Italian /li /ulpA key role, responsible for ensuring the implementation of company health, safety, and environmental policies within the waste sorting plant. The role supports the Plant Manager and Operations Management in monitoring safety conditions, environmental management, and promoting a culture of prevention. /ppWith good transversal skills such as: /pulliExcellent communication and teamwork skills /liliProblem‑solving and proactivity /liliAbility to analyze and manage risk /liliAbility to interact in multi‑stakeholder contexts /li /ulpThe location indicated (Viggiano) refers only to the office address.
