Stiamo cercando Project Manager - Store Development che voglia fare davvero la differenza.
Sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico per nuove aperture, remodel, rinnovi e manutenzioni dei nostri punti vendita retail in Italia.
Collaborerai ogni giorno con lo Store Design Office danese e ti muoverai sul territorio nazionale per trasformare i progetti in negozi pronti ad aprire le porte.
Se ti piace vedere un concept prendere forma “dal foglio alla realtà”, questo è il ruolo giusto.
DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI:
• Trasformare idee e planimetrie in spazi reali, funzionali e perfettamente in linea con il concept
• Gestire rilievi, documentazione tecnica e tutte le info necessarie alla progettazione
• Coordinare preventivi, gare d’appalto e fornitori
• Seguire i cantieri, rispettando tempi, budget e qualità
• Verificare arredi, finiture ed esecuzione lavori
• Gestire la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei punti vendita
• Archiviare e mantenere aggiornata tutta la documentazione tecnica

REQUISITI CHE CI COLPIRANNO:
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di relazione
• Inglese molto buono (HQ Danimarca sarà il tuo daily partner)
• Competenza in Autocad e Photoshop
• Problem solving + gestione dello stress = il tuo superpower
• Organizzazione, time planning e controllo del budget
• Teamworking e capacità di gestire molte priorità insieme
• Patente B
• Preferibile background tecnico (geometra/perito/disegnatore) e/o esperienza nel mondo retail
