Purpose of the job
You will be supporting the team responsible for managing outbound transportation. You will report to the Operations Manager and interact with customers and partners, and various departments within our company. We aim to build our talent pool by sharing this opportunity with a motivated, fast-learning candidate who is ready to embark on an exciting journey in the logistics sector of Samsung SDS.
Key Activities
The main activities you’ll be involved in and trained for are as follows:
Delivery booking
* Send to the customer the list of unbooked deliveries in order to avoid accumulation and delivery delays in the relevant month.
* Support the customers in case of needed assistance.
* Provide daily basis support to the E-commerce Operations Team by proactive resolution of daily requests from different teams involved in Final Consumer Satisfaction.
* Will be involved in new projects and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support in reporting activities in order to identify internal and LSP improvement areas.
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
* Attitude to work collaboratively on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
* Fluent Italian speaker (at least C1) and good command of English (at least B2), both spoken and written.
* Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative and deliver assigned targets.
* Highly organized, attention to detail and follow-through. Should enjoy problem solving and fixing processes.
* Aptitude to work across multiple teams and projects.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.
* Customer oriented and good attitude to work in a team.
Internship duration: 6 months, with possibility of further extension or stabilization.
