We are seeking an IT Security Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening our enterprisewide security posture and ensuring that security by design becomes a natural part of every IT TASKSContinuously improve security related software and services to prevent threatsConduct risk assessments, review solution designs, and embed security throughout the project lifecycleCooperate closely with the IT Infrastructure team to maximize IT services’ security, resilience, and availabilityEngineer and operate key security controls: identity & access, PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, email/web security, vulnerability managementImplement Zero Trust principles (least privilege, MFA/conditional access, segmentation)Support alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, and contribute to ISMS documentation and auditsMap, implement, and improve CIS Controls v8 safeguardsCollaborate with the SOC for incident response, tuning, threat hunting, and continuous improvementParticipate to on-duty-call servicePerform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hoursYOUR PROFILEDegree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceDeep knowledge of at least one major security framework: NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 22301Good OO coding skills (Python, PowerShell, Java)Good knowledge of public cloud services—preferably Azure and AWSExperience with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 control sets, CIS Controls v8, and SOC workflowsAnalytical mindset, curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructivelyExperience in project management is a plusFluency in English; Italian and/or German are advantageousOUR OFFERAn international company that cares for people and the planetTraining and development opportunities through the “Loacker Academy”Possibility for home office 1-2 days a weekCompany canteen Workplace: Auna di Sotto
