As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. You will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution, escalating complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system. You may also develop new customer service/product agreements, respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory, and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and collaborators.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory.
* Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian.
* Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
