Reporting to the Group Chief Internal Audit Officer, the role will oversee the maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Fraud Risk Assessment frameworks, while supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit activities across Group entities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Update and maintain the Group Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Periodically update and coordinate the Group Fraud Risk Assessment, supporting risk owners in the identification and evaluation of fraud risks. Support in planning and executing audit (operational, financial, compliance) according to the annual audit plan. Collaborate on Special Projects at the request of Senior Management (ad-hoc audits, project reviews, fraud investigations or similar). Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results, elaborating on potential solutions. Reviews and presents audit results, within planned time scales, that meet customer expectations and ensure the utmost efficiency during the audit work as well as the validity of the opinions expressed. Interacts with Management at all levels. Collect, examine, analyze, and verify information about the organization’s systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials, and by interviewing organizational members where required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accounting, business, or related field. 5-7+ years of progressive experience in audit, compliance, fraud investigation or risk management. Knowledge of SAP system and experience in data analysis. Knowledge of Celonis, process mining software, is a plus. Relevant professional certifications are a plus (CPA, CFE or CIA). Strong analytical skill and goal oriented attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English are a must; Experience working on global, cross-functional and complex projects. Willingness to join a multicultural and multinational Group. Availability to work on site and travelling in Cementir Group sites up to 60% of the time across UE and Extra-UE.
