Requirements:

* Fluent in English
* Bachelor's degree
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with SAP Success Factor Talent Management modules
* Strategic thinking and consulting practices

Responsibilities:
* Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.
* Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people, partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding and offboarding.
* Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs and processes to improve talent outcomes
* Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation
