As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Lead the forecast processes
* Lead the management closing process
* Manage and develop controlling team
* Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances
* Sales promotions analysis
* P&L control
* Corporate reference for any management issue
* Stores’ openings and remodeling evaluation
* Be a business partner for all the other departments supporting them in any management issues
* Contribute to spread the finance culture within the organization
Who we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
* 7+ years of controlling experience, including team leadership
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Proven experience managing forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Retail experience is a plus
* Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic business partner to other departments.
