Private Equity Analyst – Portfolio Construction Lion River – GPE is the department responsible for managing the Generali Group's Private Equity (PE) investments at a centralized Group level, including direction, supervision, coordination and control of all Group PE investments. The Department is composed of two units: Group Private Equity Portfolio Construction and Group Private Equity Portfolio Management. Responsibilities
Screen the global PE market. Conduct business and financial due diligence on new PE investments (fund commitments and co‑investments).
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering. At least 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, and/or consulting. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Proactive, strong team‑working orientation. Problem‑solving attitude and flexibility with priority dynamics. International mindset, independent of previous personal experience.
