Operations project mgmt. specialist

In this role you lead the multi-year redesign and implementation of Vertiv’s global logistics network. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver faster delivery, cost efficiency, quality, and sustainable improvements at scale. You’ll shape program governance, manage risks, and drive data‑driven optimization across international operations. The position offers the chance to influence a major transformation that supports growth and long‑term strategic objectives.

• Develop and oversee the global logistics network redesign program across multiple geographies
• Design program frameworks and roadmaps balancing quality, speed, cost, and carbon intensity
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement network changes (sites, modes, suppliers, automation)
• Facilitate program governance with objectives, controls, and risk management for each work stream
• Coordinate global/regional collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales
• Oversee data‑driven network analysis to identify issues and implement automation or digital solutions
• Monitor progress with KPIs and dashboards and communicate with stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure adherence to timeline, cost, and compliance, proactively managing risks
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices and new technologies
• Guide cultural change and knowledge transfer within the logistics community

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in global logistics, network design, or large‑scale supply chain transformation
• Proven success managing complex, multi‑year programs with global scope
• Advanced program management expertise;
  governance, controls, and reporting skills
• Experience with data analysis, logistics modeling, and digital solutions (automation, AI, optimization tools)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities;
  cross‑geography collaboration
• Fluency in English;
