As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building. /p pWe are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. /p pAt Salewa we are looking for a Product Developer Apparel who will be involved in managing the development process of technical apparel products, from concept phase to salesman sample production, ensuring alignment with design intent, quality standards, timing, and cost targets. /p pWorking closely with Design, Product Management, and external suppliers, this role supports the realization of innovative and high-performance products in line with the brand’s positioning and consumer expectations. /p h3Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate design concepts and aesthetic requirements into detailed technical information within the PLM system, ensuring all data is regularly updated and accurate /li liMaintain complete and updated records related to assigned styles throughout the development process /li liSupport RD activities by providing garment construction insights useful for fabric and trims development /li liManage prototypes and samples, ensuring Salewa quality standards, fit consistency, and on-time deliveries /li liCollaborate with external pattern engineers to transfer construction requirements and evaluate fitting and construction during all sampling stages /li liWork closely with garment manufacturers across different regions, supporting them during development phases and visiting suppliers when required /li liCoordinate and support field testing and washing test activities for assigned products /liliMonitor product development timelines and proactively follow up on critical milestones /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Design teams during all collection development stages /li liSupport continuous improvement of product construction, fit, and functionality /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liAt least 3-5 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably developing technical sports apparel /li liStrong understanding of garment construction and textile supply chain processes /li liKnowledge of apparel product development workflows and sampling processes /li liDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills /li liAbility to work in a cross-functional and international environment /li liVery good Italian and English skills /li liAvailability to travel to Bolzano HQ, suppliers, trade shows, and field activities /li /ul pWorkplace: Montebelluna, IT /p pIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
