WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : We are looking for a SQE - Truck Advanced Process Quality - Product Line Senior Specialist, located in Turin. Main responsabilities: Advance – Product Development Assuring proper APQP / PPAP deployment and execution, granting compliance to IVECO Group Global Product Development – GPD – deliverables. Coordinating SQE activities supporting BU Trucks Platforms and Procurement Team within Europe. Suggesting technical solutions to further improve Quality of supplied parts during design phase. Applying lean manufacturing tools – WCM preferred - to further increase robustness of Supplier processes during development of new assembly lines. Assuring prompt root cause analysis, tracking, control and reporting supplied part critical issues during component development and beginning Mass Production (EWT – Early Warning Team -) Current – Mass Production Assuring proper technical root cause analysis of supplied parts affecting IVECO Group Trucks Plants, proposing solutions. Prioritizing and executing key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results. Implementing Continuous Improvement tools (WCM preferred) to further improve IVECO Group supply base zero km Quality Performances. Warranty – Field claims analysis Assuring proper technical root cause analysis of supplied parts claimed by field during warranty period (CPM – Current Product Management -) Dealing recall campaigns Supporting Warranty Recovery Technical Skills / Competences required : Master’s degree in engineering (e.G. Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) From 5 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Companies in similar roles (e.G. Plant Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Manager) Demonstrated experience with the practical application of Quality tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, R&R;, SPC,etc. Demonstrated knowledge of APQP / PPAP standards Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies (WCM preferred). Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO-9001and IATF-16949 (e.G. IATF 16949 certified auditor). Fluent English language Ability to work in a matrix environment, getting results and driving change through others Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills Availability to travel (20% to 40% of working hours) Join us!
