The selected candidate will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager, and will closely collaborate with all company functions. What you will do: Support the Brand Manager in defining and implementing the marketing plan and integrated communication strategy; Collaborate on new product development and management of the Innovation Plan, in coordination with the R&D department; Create brand communication materials through briefing and collaboration with internal graphic designers and external creative agencies; Analyze and monitor brand and product KPIs, as well as market data (IQVIA); Analyze sales performance of the brand and products, and prepare sales forecasts; Develop and update marketing presentations; Monitor and analyze competitors; Study the core target, identifying risks and opportunities. What we are looking for: University degree, preferably in Marketing or Management; Basic prior experience in product development within the cosmetics sector; Good knowledge of the English language; The ideal candidate is: proactive, flexible, able to set and manage priorities, a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
