Calculation of metal structures and their foundations (e.g. pipe racks, support structures for process equipment)Calculation of foundations for equipment (e.g. columns, exchangers, vessels, tanks, compressors and vibrating machines)Seismic vulnerability analysisIdentification of technical solutions for system revamping, in cases where civil and structural adjustments are requiredDevelopment of technical specifications for the design and execution of civil and structural worksVerification of documents (produced internally and/or by external companies) in accordance with company proceduresInterface with other engineering disciplines to coordinate activities, define information flow in order to achieve project timelinesSupport the project leader (civil & architectural) in planning and monitoring project execution according to timelines and within budgeted costs
Required characteristics
Master's degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineeringWork experience no more than 3 yearsGood knowledge of Italian regulations (NTC2018); and knowledge of international regulations in the sector is also appreciated, such as: Eurocodes, American regulations (ASCE, ACI, AISC)Knowledge of SAP2008 structural calculation software and AUTOCAD for computer-aided design is appreciated.Good knowledge of the English languageAvailability for national and international mobility
