In the specific the main responsibilities are: /ppbr/pulliCreate Design solutions, lead technical implementations, and deployment of SAP system and SCSBO applications, fostering standardization and best practices, from Concept to Production /liliEstablish global standards for SAP COe (Center of Operational Excellence), fostering Business Operational Excellence /liliSupport all plants to operate the delivery solutions and support digitalization projects in the SCSBO domain /liliEncourages business partner(s) in gaining more and better comprehension of SCSBO system features and usage, fostering User Experience /liliPartnership with local IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure proper root cause is identified and preventative actions are implemented /liliDocument IT Global Standards for SCSBO systems and be responsible for disseminating SCSBO systems knowledge for local teams /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliStrong Project Management skills, with a proven experience in managing projects in IT and/or business areas /liliBachelor Degree (IT, Engineering or others) /liliBe able to work well with the business end users, SAP functional leads, Supply Chain, Sales and operations personnel to be effective /liliAbility/Flexibility and agility to deal with multiple projects running simultaneously /liliFluent in English and in Italian, Spanish is a plus /liliAvailability to Travel /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical skills: /b /pulliSAP consultant other Supply Chain and Sales and Back Office applications, with experience on SAP complex implementations, Integrations and Support /liliStrong Technical skills at least in two of the following modules: SD (Sales Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), FI (Financial Accounting) / CO (Controlling), Strong Project Management skills /li /ulpbr/ppbSoft skills: /b /pulliDemonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups and functional/technical subject matter experts /liliDemonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information, and make sound decisions /liliWork with minimum guidance and be able to get things done, driven for results /liliLeadership, Negotiating, Influencing, Collaborating /liliSelf-management such as active learning, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility /li /ulpbr/ppbWorkplace /b: Pordenone (PN) with flexibility for smart working. /p
