This is a hands-on role where you will support the team combining inside sales and customer service to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing customers through a variety of inbound and outbound multimedia communications (e.g., telephone, email, portals). /ph3What you will be doing /h3ulliDeliver solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience. /liliInitiate and answer sales inquiries. /liliPromptly and accurately respond to customer information requests. /liliMonitor/follow up on sales activities throughout the process from initial contact to order fulfillment. /liliWork in a team environment, share sales efforts and strategies with internal resources and suppliers. /liliSupport customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time and unit prices. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Job Level Specifications /h3ulliYou will acquire sales skills through work experience and formal training to perform daily tasks. /liliTasks are routine, repetitive and manual in nature with minimal complexity or variation and specific to the job. /liliWork is performed under supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work. /liliYou will interact mostly with immediate peers within assigned team.
