Monitoring and analysing global and regional oleochemical and feedstock market dynamicsTracking regulatory and sustainability developments impacting sourcing strategiesPublishing market and price trend insights to support procurement and business decisionsRepresenting the company at key industry conferences and forums
Strategic Sourcing and Category Leadership
Developing and implementing regional and global sourcing strategiesIdentifying and mitigating supply chain risks through alternative sourcing and supplier developmentLeading competitive tenders and cross functional category initiativesWork closely with R&D;, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sustainability teams
Negotiation and Value Creation

Person SpecificationEducation
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Procurement, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
Experience
Strong background in oleochemical or chemical raw materials procurementDeep understanding of feedstock markets, price drivers, and supplier dynamicsProven experience in strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, and international procurementComfortable operating in a global, matrix organisation
