We're seeking a future team member for the role of
\n
Client Service and Sales Support
\n
(6 month contract) to join BNY Investments Italy. This role is located in Milan, Italy.[LGR1]
\n
The purpose of the role is assisting the Sales Team to achieve their goals and targets by providing administrative, customer and technical support.
\n
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
\n
Coordinate distribution of market - specific reporting and sales promotions to Italian institutional clients and consultants.
\n
Handle operational requests from clients and liaise with the London and Pune teams where needed.
\n
Assist with RFP coordination, large - trade communications, and share - class or commercial queries relevant to the Italy market.
\n
Provide language - specific client service support, including platform relationships and local documentation needs.
\n
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
\n
Strong Italian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n
Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritise in a sales - driven environment.
\n
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
\n
Good understanding of investment products common to the Italian institutional market (e.g., pension funds, consultants, platforms).
\n
Solid organisational skills with attention to accuracy in reporting and client information.
\n
Comfortable working with teams across locations (Italy, London, Pune) and coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
