Responsibilities
- Study and analyze the client’s characteristics, added value and macro‐objectives, translating these into a project that meets gathered requirements.
- Coordinate project development by planning and organizing resource activities, ensuring time, cost, quality and requirement constraints are met and that project documentation is properly produced.
Qualifications
- Degree with IT experience and at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in gathering IT/business requirements and producing functional analysis documents, even on complex projects.
- Experience designing complex systems and interfacing with software development teams.
- Project management experience from planning to client hand‑over, including analysis, design, and testing, alongside resource coordination.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as UML.
- Strong client relationship management, teamwork, stakeholder interaction, communication, listening and problem‑solving skills.
Desired Skills
- Project Management certificates.
- SQL language knowledge.
- Java/PHP programming experience.
- Client support and assistance experience.
Location & Employment
- Office: Calabria - Catanzaro (hybrid).
- Working hours: full‑time.
