Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
We are looking for Production planning IT Specialist with the responsibility of supporting the coordination of the IT governance related to Planning initiatives, in SAP and its integrations within the Prysmian IT Landscape.
What are the key challenges for this role:
- As part of the Planning Headquarter IT Delivery team, you'll supervise with your manager mainly the Planning area, the systems connected to it, and the new platforms/technologies to be explored, for all the Prysmian worldwide perimeter.- You'll closely follow the planning initiatives both in Application Maintenance (AMS) and Projects (North and Latin America, Asia, Europe, etc.) directly participating on the activities or indirectly coordinating external consultants (functional and developers)- You'll directly interact with the business (high-med management, and key users), gathering requirements, suggesting, and coordinating solutions, implementing Prysmian best practices. You'll also work directly with other Headquarters peers and area leaders.
How is success defined in this role?- You'll contribute to healthy AM (Application maintenance), maintaining a good balance between cost/benefit- You'll ensure project implementation coherent with the kernel rules, in a timely manner- You'll implement the best practices and deliver practical and useful business solutions

Who are we looking for?
Technical Key requirements:
- Around 3-5 years of experience in SAP APO (gATP, PP/DS), SAP PP- Preferred experience with SAP APO DP module and/or APO IBP- Master's degree in engineering or management- Technical knowledge in S/4 HANA and SAP APO, in particular customizing and business processes- Experience in demand planning, order promising, planning, and scheduling processes. Basic knowledge of other areas (Logistics, Production, Sales)- Preferred experience with setting SAP Fiori Apps- Excellent command of written and spoken English- Coordination & Project Management skills
