Your primary responsibility is to ensure Nexi delivers what has been contractually agreed upon and to be overall operationally responsible for the assigned clients. You will be part of an ambitious Service Delivery team, located across five countries in Europe, where strong communication skills, teamwork, and curiosity are key!About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:Be operationally responsible for the day-to-day relationship with international BanksAct as the primary customer-facing representativeParticipate in a team with clearly defined roles and responsibilitiesChair and schedule customer operational meetingsMaintain customer documentationEnsure fulfillment and delivery of SLAsManage SLA reportingSupport the invoicing processHandle customer complaints alongside the Key Account ManagerAddress boundary issues related to existing SLAs (e.g., what is included/not included in the service)Execute internal projects to improve collaboration and customer experienceHandle customer service requests and change requests, including creating business cases, obtaining customer approval, follow-up, and invoicingArrange and conduct meetings with internal teams to focus on backlog issues such as Incidents, Problems, Changes, and service requestsWhat Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
