Position Summary You will be responsible for the development of Point of Sales activation guidelines, mechanics and tools in coherence with brand strategy, channel priorities and Shopper insights. You will ensure a flawless implementation through an effective internal and external coordination, execution monitoring and post evaluation. Key Outputs: - Develops the Annual Activation Guidelines by subchannel / segments identifying clear and detailed subchannels/segments, objectives and mechanics. - Develops The Pos Materials and other Activation tools through effective coordination with marketing / sales / trade marketing/ purchasing department bringing Shopper relevant marketing initiatives to life in-store, in line with customer needs. Effectively and timely Manages the allocation to MDM. - Establishes and manages expenses in accordance with the assigned Budget. - Monitors effectiveness of POS activation trough constant monitoring of sell out reports. A Day in the Life of the Activation Specialist: - Nurture a deep understanding of customer needs and shopper behaviours, identifying key opportunities and issues, in constant collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Market Research Intelligence - Develop and execute point of consumption activation mechanics and tools with the alignment of different functions in an end-to-end logic (Marketing, Sales, etc) - Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out data in collaboration with MRI to understand and better design the activation strategy in the channel - Monitor and manage Budget - Work in partnership Sales, Marketing, Purchasing department.
