About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Content Creator & Writer who can produce high-quality, on-brand content across multiple formats including: website copy, blogs, social media, corporate documents, and design assets. This role blends strong storytelling, SEO optimization, research, and visual design skills, supporting our marketing engine with fast, consistent, and strategic output.
You will work closely with content and performance to turn ideas, briefs, and technical topics into content that drives traffic, strengthens brand authority, and elevates our search results.
Position Location: This role is remote, available in Latam.
Time Zone Requirements – This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.
How you'll make an impact:
Content Writing & Strategy
* Write SEO-optimized long-form content: blogs, articles, website pages, landing pages.
* Produce short-form content: social media posts, captions, email copy, newsletter blurbs
* Draft and polish corporate documents: proposals, one-pagers, internal guides, case studies.
* Research industry trends, keywords, and competitors to inform content strategy.
* Maintain brand voice and narrative consistency across all channels.
SEO & Performance
* Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, headers, formatting).
* Collaborate with marketing to support keyword strategy and content calendars.
* Optimize existing content for better ranking and engagement.
* Track content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, etc.)
Design & Creative Production
* Create light design assets in Adobe Express (carousels, graphics, blog visuals, document templates).
* Format content for readability and conversion (web layouts, decks, PDFs)
* Work with brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
Systems & Process
* Manage content workflows, calendars, and deadlines.
* Ensure quick turnaround on edits, approvals, and publication-ready formats.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership for content needs.
Requirements
* 2–4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
* Strong writing portfolio with examples of long-form and short-form content.
* Hands-on SEO experience; ability to research keywords and apply best practices.
* Ability to understand technical or complex topics and translate them into clear, compelling content.
* Experience with Canva (or equivalent tools); basic design competency required.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, CraftCMS.)
* Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once.
* Excellent grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, AI, engineering, or cloud topics.
* Ability to support basic video editing or repurposing of content.
* Experience writing for thought leadership or executive voices.
* Understanding of content distribution across LinkedIn, email, and social channels.
Success in This Role Looks Like
* Publishing 10-12 high-quality SEO resource web pages per month
* Publishing 3–5 high-quality SEO blog articles per month
* Consistent delivery of social copy, website content, and design assets
* Demonstrated impact on search rankings, organic traffic, and engagement
