About the job This role is integral to the Product & Engineering Performance Management Team, serving as a critical support function for maintaining operational excellence across the Engineering and Product departments. Your work will be vital in maintaining the operational workflows that provide executive leadership with clear visibility into team performance, potential risks, and financial adherence. Responsibilities Data Maintenance & Reporting: Assist in the rigorous tracking of engineering and product team performance by updating dashboards and verification logs. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize operational standards, coordination protocols, and technical standards within Confluence to ensure department-wide visibility. OKR Support: Provide administrative support in the tracking and reporting of OKRs on the agreed‑upon cadence. Hiring Coordination: Update and monitor the hiring pipeline data to ensure the leadership team has an accurate view of candidate influx and resource needs. Audit Assistance: Support in‑depth due diligence by gathering necessary data and documentation to verify that teams are functioning as intended. Financial Tracking Support: Assist in overseeing budget spreadsheets and expenditure logs to help identify potential cost overruns or inefficiencies. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-impact role focused on operations or administrative support, with demonstrated success working in fast‑paced and dynamic environments. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team reporting to executive leadership. Proficiency in Confluence and Jira for process verification and visibility.
