Posizione you will join the Corporate IT System – Corporate IT Application team at our Rome headquarters, focusing on supporting the functional management of HR systems to ensure their operation, implementation, customization, evolution, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Le Principali Attività Includono
support internal users in using HR application systems (onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance, training, etc.);
coordinate internal users and external suppliers for application anomaly resolution;
translate business needs into functional specifications for HR system evolution;
coordinate specialist operations in HR system implementation, upgrade, or migration projects;
monitor data quality and propose continuous improvements to digital HR processes.
Requisiti
University degree (triennale, specialist, or magistrale) in STEM disciplines;
at least three years experience in application support or functional consulting in HR;
operational knowledge of at least one major HR software (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Zucchetti, ADP, etc.);
deep understanding of core HR processes: payroll, attendance, performance management, training, administration of personnel;
English language level B2 (CEFR);
Italian language level C1 or higher (CEFR).
