To achieve this, we are seeking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

The key responsibilities
1. Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and estimating the work generated by your team to ensure the most valuable outcomes
2. Collaborate with partners and customers to jointly develop product roadmaps and deliver products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
3. Responsible for coordination between teams (DevOps, Architects, Scrum Masters / Project Managers etc.) and assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and collaboration
4. Accountable for monitoring and reporting on project progress, including identifying, reporting and mitigating risks and issues and providing appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels as required
5. Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, user enablement etc.
6. Act as the Agile Delivery Manager of EY or client environment in single implementation project or large digital transformation programs
7. Coach EY and client teams in adopting Agile ways of working and scrum practices
8. Conduct Agile Maturity assessment and develop Agile Transformation roadmaps for clients, based on Agile at Scale frameworks
9. Build and maintain a high performing, self-organizing, dynamic team(s)
10. Support the facilitation of learning and continuous improvement in operating with Agile ways of working, and implementing and improving relevant practices
11. Ensure that agile team(s) achieve their objectives, keeping the team(s) focused on their goals and end-user satisfaction
12. Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
13. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment
14. Support Product Owner/Manager in backlog management and refinement, ensuring Product Backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
To qualify for the role, you must have / be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:
15. Scrum Master (PSM) or any other relevant Agile Project Management, Scrum and/or Agile at Scale certifications
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations (Greek and/or English)
17. Excellent problem solver in a collaborative way
18. Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s)
19. Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset
20. Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
21. Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
22. Proficiency in one or more of the following competencies:
23. 2+ years’ experience working as a Delivery Manager in an Agile environment, Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master for multiple teams
24. Experience as an Agile coach
25. Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (, Scum, Kanban) as well as Agile at Scale methodologies (, SAFe, Agile at Spotify, LeSS, Scrum of Scums)
26. Knowledge and experience in identifying and applying OKRs
Ideally, you’ll also have
27. Experience in Data migration or Data ingestion projects
28. Basic understanding of Database and Data Warehouse concepts
29. Experience in designing Agile models, blueprints, and Agile Transformation roadmaps
30. Experience in an Agile at Scale environment as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, RTE
31. A willingness to travel to meet client needs as required
32. Appetite to take ownership of several complex initiatives
33. Good appreciation of current market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players
34. Dedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team
35. Natural curiosity and the confidence to provide alternative options or suggestions when you see something that could be improved
36. Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients
