For the M&A Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions.
Specifically, will be in charge of:
* Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;
* Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);
* Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;
* Doctrinal and case law research activities.
Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualifications
This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:
* 1-2 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting;
* Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 105/110;
* Excellent knowledge of the English language;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
* Flexibility and dynamism.
