Job Purpose:
* The Primary objective of this role is to take the lead to optimize warehouse functions by delivering end to end knowledge of EWM to facilitate the design, testing and implementation of solutions acting as a subject matter expert in logistics. This will include collecting and writing business requirements, testing and issue resolution, training and knowledge transfer, end-user guides, analysis, go-live support, and evaluation on best practice use of SAP EWM in logistics centers.
· Conduct evaluations and analyses on key warehouse operating metrics, such as throughput, capacity, storage types and quantities, supports analysis and plans for new business proposals’ effect on Logistics, ensuring EWM can support new requirements and provide proposals for change
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Business application users, Business process owners, Application SME's, Continuous Improvement teams, SAP Application Development, Supply Chain Engineers and Logistics operations
* Provide the EWM core team superusers with guidance and support ensuring they have the knowledge and ability to support future releases and Country roll outs, mitigating against any issues with future Go lives
* Create and maintain documentation and perform training to ensure TD SYNNEX logistics has access to relevant functional and technical information now and into the future
* Own EWM continuous improvements in logistics while driving the design, configuration, testing and support of agreed deliverables in line with business unit roadmaps, product roadmaps and business outcomes.
* Provide logistics platform EWM configuration and development recommendations ensuring the tools are configured for the business' needs.
* Provide SME guidance to the logistics EWM user community and business leads to achieve positive business outcomes.
* Translate logistics requirements and issues into solutions that deliver business value and align to best practice use of logistics technologies and practices.
* Provide pro-active problem management to identify and resolve root causes, negative service trends and continuous improvement
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
* >3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employeesis required.
* Required Education: GCSEs
* Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
* Possesses strong data entry skills.
* Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
* Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
* Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
* Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
* Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
* Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

* Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level.
Working Conditions:
* Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
* Remote / Work-from-home.
* Frequent Travel Required (25%).
