The role combines detailed design of high-voltage connections and junction systems with creation and release of manufacturing-ready 2D drawings to support prototype builds and production preparation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop high-voltage battery connection systems, including HV junction boxes, module-to-HVJB connections, signal routing, and high-voltage current paths to the vehicle interface. /li liDefine positioning, interfaces, and types of electrical connections within the battery system, ensuring alignment with vehicle integration requirements. /li liProduce and release 3D designs and 2D drawings to support prototype builds, supplier quoting, manufacturing, and component verification. /li liEnsure compliance with creepage and clearance requirements, as well as EMC and corrosion considerations. /li liPerform creepage and clearance analysis, contribute to component specifications, and support FMEA activities to identify potential failure modes. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and serviceability. /li liAct as a reference point for drawing releases and documentation, ensuring alignment with internal standards and stakeholder requirements. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). /li liExperience in automotive engineering, preferably in high-voltage battery systems. /li liKnowledge of GDT and technical drawing creation for manufacturing. /li liStrong understanding of creepage and clearance requirements in high-voltage systems. /li liFamiliarity with EMC considerations, corrosion aspects, manufacturing processes, and serviceability. /li liExperience producing 3D designs and detailed 2D drawings for prototype and production environments. /li liAbility to work in a cross-functional development environment with suppliers and manufacturing stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
