Mechanical Engineering degree with competencies in heat transfer and aeraulics, preferably with 2 years working experience.
Main focus on ventilation and air conditioning product development through:
* Heat exchanger calculation (mainly finned coil water to air heat exchangers).
* Fan geometry selection for efficiency and noise optimization together with heat exchanger calculation; fan and motor joint development with qualified suppliers.
* Definition of the product qualification plan, coordination of internal testing laboratory technicians (calorimeter tests for energy performance measurement, air flow tests, noise tests in reverberant room) and analysis of the test results.
* Progressively take the leadership of specific projects with dedicated project team coordination.
Requested a strong team work attitude: the candidate will constantly work in team with R&D people (electric/electronic engineer, drafters, lab technicians, documentation technicians) and with colleagues from other departments (purchasing, manufacturing, quality, sales).
