Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and excellent support to customers, service teams, and dealers
* Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
* Ensure spare parts are correctly identified, labelled, stored, and traceable within the warehouse
* Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Coordinate parts shipments, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims with internal teams and stakeholders
* Manage spare parts sales, quotations, customer orders, and returns processes
* Liaise with Chinese HQ to secure parts availability, lead times, and urgent requests
* Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency
Your profile
* Previous experience xjrgpwk in spare parts warehouse management, or parts coordination
* Experience within construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, material handling, OEM, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
* Good understanding of spare parts operations, warehouse processes, and inventory management
* Ability to manage priorities, and proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
* Good English language skills
