This includes deploying, monitoring and maintaining networks and system architectures, as well as troubleshooting and resolving errors or inefficiencies to ensure all systems run smoothly and reliably. /ppThe role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to help define system requirements and actively contributing to the training and knowledge transfer for junior engineers and technicians, fostering their technical development. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3pThe main responsibilities of this role are: /pulliMaintain back‑end and front‑end applications, identifying and fixing issues that impact systems infrastructure and QoS. /liliSupport the Manager in developing a structured framework to determine potential inefficiencies and problems based on the analysis of network data and infrastructure. /liliParticipate in exchanges with the management team for the assessment and definition of the systems requirements. /liliManage the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of network architecture and computer systems infrastructure, and the deployment and maintenance of automation tools. /liliProvide training and knowledge exchange for junior system engineers and technicians. /li /ulh3What You’ll Need /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or mathematics. /liliExperience of at least 3 years in a similar role, with a focus on technical troubleshooting. Preference for candidates who have covered a similar role in the telecommunications industry. /liliDetail‑oriented with good interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills. /liliAbility to work in a team. /liliCapability to work under intense pressure, and problem‑solving skills. /liliHigh degree of commitment and diligence. /liliGood knowledge of Linux, Windows and Virtualization Environment (VMware, KVM, AWS, Azure). /liliStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and related concepts (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, HTTP, NTP). /liliKnowledge of SAN and Fiber channel network management. /liliKnowledge of SQL and XML languages, shell scripting, Java and Python. /liliKnowledge of backup systems such as Veeam or Bacula. /liliExperience with object‑oriented programming and system integration. /liliExcellent written and oral skills in English; French is an asset. /li /ulh3Where You’ll Be /h3pTurin or Cagliari, Italy.
