What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential HVAC Installation Lead Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued customers:
* Respond to residential HVAC installation calls promptly and professionally.
* Install HVAC systems in residential homes with precision and care.
* Resolve customer requests and issues with expertise and a smile.
* Promote our brand and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
* Provide expert solutions and options to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
We want a skilled HVAC expert who takes pride in their craft and values exceptional customer service:
* Journeyman license required.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record .
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening .
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs .
* Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Experience and Education
* Residential HVAC installation experience is a must!
Compensation
